Terms of service

The rules that keep outreach safe and effective

Last reviewed 24 September 2024. These terms apply across all EasyReach workspaces.

1. Using EasyReach

  • You must secure consent from every contact before sending automated SMS or voice calls.
  • Accounts are provisioned per legal entity. Sharing logins outside your organisation is not allowed.
  • You agree to follow carrier rules for sender IDs, DND safelists, and message content.

2. Service availability

  • We target 99.5% uptime across our Nigerian hosting region and Vercel edge network.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours ahead via email and in-app alerts.
  • Outbound call performance depends on the quality of your Twilio or XCall credentials.

3. Billing

  • SMS, voice minutes, and AI usage are billed in arrears on either Paystack or NowPayments.
  • Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days trigger an automatic suspension until accounts are settled.
  • You can cancel anytime; exports remain available for 14 days after termination.

4. Liability

  • EasyReach is not responsible for regulatory fines arising from campaigns you launch without consent.
  • We provide audit logs, role-based access, and DND management to help you stay compliant.
  • Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months.
