1. Data we collect
- We store the minimum information required to deliver compliant outreach: contact profiles, communication preferences, engagement metrics, call recordings (if you enable them), and platform telemetry.
- Sensitive items such as donation records or pastoral notes remain encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
2. How we use your data
- Operate the EasyReach platform, including AI voice calls, SMS broadcasts, and analytics dashboards.
- Provide proactive deliverability monitoring with trusted carriers across Nigeria and the wider African region.
- Support your integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Google Sheets, and custom webhooks.
3. Retention & deletion
- Default retention is 24 months for call recordings and 18 months for SMS logs. You can shorten or extend these windows inside Settings → Compliance.
- When you delete a contact, we queue the removal across all connected integrations. Backups roll off within 30 days.
4. Your rights
- Request exports of any donor, congregant, or lead records synced to EasyReach.
- Trigger a full erasure by emailing privacy@easyreach.com. We respond within 48 business hours.
- Nominate a local data protection officer so we can coordinate audits and compliance reviews.
